What you’ll do:
– Recruit and match international candidates with open vacancies,
– Conduct interviews and support candidates from different backgrounds,
– Build strong networks and expand recruitment channels,
– Be part of a family-oriented company that truly cares for its people.
Job requirements:
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Creative.
- Interested in others.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Extensive knowledge of the international labor market and legislation regarding the hiring of international employees.
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently and decisively in a rapidly changing environment.
- Analytical skills.
- Commercial insight – winning mentality.
- Driver’s license (B).
