Hydraulic workers are required in Germany. Craftsmen, who are able to build hydraulic piping systems WITHOUT isometric drawings.
Available input for building the system:
- Instructions from the foreman,
- Hydraulics/pressurized air diagram,
- Placement of main components (Hydraulic Power Units, valves, actuators, etc.),
- NO isometric drawings.
Our work process example:
- ”Design” and manufacture piping system, based on available input.
- Take measurements for piping lengths onboard, including placement of bends and ”parallel bends” in piping clusters.
- Fit pipe mounts onboard.
- Cut pipes, chamfer pipe ends and create seats for seal rings.
- Bend pipes in bending machines:
- Transfluid MB 642 piston machine.
- Transfluid DB 2060R mandrel machine.
- Select/pick the correct ERMETO fittings in the open warehouse.
- Assemble the system, observing straight and parallel piping, and a uniform distance between pipes in clusters and parallel bends.
Accommodation is paid for, work clothes/tools are supplied, and transportation is also paid for. The project is for 2 years, rotation shifts are available and must be able to understand English. No bad habits, alcoholics and drug addicts please do not apply.

Salary in Germany:
The salary in this German vacancy starts from 16 EUR / 18 EUR per hour based on experience. Weekly working hours are anywhere from 50-55 hours per week.
