Work in the Danish construction business
We have a work for Facade Bricklayer (Decorative Brick Installation). Basic Information: Medium-sized construction company (operating since 1988). Work type: Rotation schedule (e.g., 4/1, 4/2, 5/1, etc.). Salary: 185 DKK/hour (possibility of increase to 200 DKK/hour after 3 months). Location: Various sites in Denmark (mainly Vejle region).
Working hours:
Monday–Thursday: 07:00–16:00 (1-hour break).
Friday: 07:00–12:30 (30-minute break).
We are looking for:
An experienced bricklayer capable of working with decorative facade bricks (approx. size 5×25 cm).
The candidate should have:
– Category B driving license (at least 50% of the team must have one)
– English language skills (understanding/speaking)
– Precision and attention to detail (especially when working with delicate materials)
– Willingness to work indoors during winter (partition wall bricklaying)
Job Description:
Gluing decorative facade bricks (on new buildings – private homes, apartment buildings),
Indoor bricklaying work during the winter period,
Team-based work, but no on-site training – you must be ready to start immediately,
Some sites may offer amenities (kitchen, microwave, etc.).
Working Conditions & Additional Information:
Salary: 185 DKK/hour (possible raise after 3 months)
Guaranteed salary: 160 hours/month (can reach up to 200 hours depending on the project)
Overtime: Rare, but if required – +50% (first 3 hours), then +100%
Accommodation: “Gronbjerg” Hotel (private rooms, shared kitchen, washing machines, gym)
Cost: 450–500 EUR/month (covered by the employee)
Transportation: Company cars (1 car per 3 workers)
Workwear: First week – bring your own equipment
After that – provided by the company (shoes, overalls, etc.)
No work on major holidays (Christmas, Easter).
Start date: Upon agreement.
